Esse House - Festive Community Day

Confirmed Date: Saturday 20th December 2025. 

We keep our event locations secret to ensure the safety of attendees, and accept applications from any verifiable member of the trans community. If you're interested in attending please complete this form to register your interest, and we will be in touch to confirm your attendance and travel arrangements. 

The main event will run from mid-day, and is free to attend, just organise your travel arrangements (and your own accommodation if you so wish). If travel arrangements dictate you *need* to arrive early or leave late, we will start welcoming guests on Friday evening and allow people to stay over and leave on Sunday morning. If possible, please try to just stay one night as there are limited overnight space available. Be open about your situation and we will do our best to accommodate you. We are able to provide some subsidised travel for those on low-income - don't hesitate to ask if you need help. 

The Plan:

12 noon - Meet and Greet

1pm - Nature Walk (or Film, weather dependent)

2.30pm - Hot drinks and snacks, Multiplayer Gaming on a projector screen

4pm -  Christmas dinner

5.30pm - Film (TBC) on the projector 

7pm - End of Event
